Our story

From selling online ourselves to helping others do it well.

Based in Northampton, we're owner-managed and commercially experienced. We work across a range of sectors and take time to understand each customer's business before recommending anything.

Based within a shared 105,000 sq ft warehouse at Moulton Park, Northampton, we provide ecommerce fulfilment — from receiving and storing your stock to picking, packing and dispatching your orders.

The Parcel Store delivery vans
2016Started in ecommerce, importing and selling own-branded products.
2018Fulfilment business established in a 500 sq ft space.
2019–21Expanded progressively to 5,000 sq ft, 12,000 sq ft, then 24,000 sq ft.
2023Merged with The Parcel Store, combining fulfilment and courier collections.
2024Moved to the current Moulton Park facility.

Yes. We assess each business individually. Single-product and single-channel businesses are welcome. If you're just starting out, tell us — we'll have a straightforward conversation about whether we're the right fit.
We have experience across a range of sectors, including garden products, bird food, pet products, supplements, hardware & DIY, food & beverage, skincare and tech products. That's not an exhaustive list — if you're not sure whether we're the right fit, get in touch and we'll tell you honestly.
We're based within a shared 105,000 sq ft warehouse at Moulton Park, Northampton, at 1056 Deer Park Road, NN3 6RX. Site visits are by arrangement, with 48 hours' notice required.
