The Parcel Store is partnered with Linnworks, making it simple for Linnworks customers to access our carrier services without changing the way they work.

Once your TPS services are agreed and set up, simply select The Parcel Store as your shipping provider within Linnworks, choose the relevant service and continue printing your labels through the system you already use. We take care of the shipping arrangement — collecting from your premises or arranging the appropriate collection solution around your requirements.

We use Mintsoft, which connects to a range of selling platforms and marketplaces including Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon and eBay. Specific connections are confirmed during onboarding — not every platform or integration works identically, so we check what's available and what's needed for your setup.
No — once your shipping rules are set up, the right carrier and service are selected automatically for each order based on the criteria we agree with you. You can still request specific services when needed.
Your Mintsoft portal gives you live access to orders, inventory, returns and tracking. You can raise queries against individual shipments and request proof of delivery.
No. Once your TPS services are agreed, you select The Parcel Store as your shipping provider within Linnworks and keep printing labels the way you already do. We take care of the shipping arrangement on our side.
